Practical information
Once you sign up for a retreat you will get an e-mail with the specifics for that retreat. Here is general info for all retreats with Mia at Humlebäck.
ACCOMODATION
You will stay in one of our 2-4 bed rooms. In some cases, when the retreat is not fully booked, you can book a single room for an extra cost. Info about this will be sent to you if you have chosen that option when booking. If you come as a couple you will have your own room.
What to bring
bed linen (you can rent for 400 SEK in case you forget)
towels (one extra for sauna)
hygien products
ear plugs if you are a light sleeper
soft clothes that you feel free to move in, in the winter indoor shoes/socks and clothes for the current weather
waterbottle
notebook and pen if you like to write things down
yoga mat if you want your own, otherwise you can borrow
maybe a robe because we share showers and toilets
Do not bring: alcohol or drugs, candles, incense, strong perfumes
Getting here
Here is info on how to find your way to Humlebäck. If you want to go together this will be coordinated in a Facebook group that you will get access to by email. If you have seats available in your car but do not use Facebook, please let us know
CharGing of electric cars
Let us know before hand if you need to charge your car. Price for charging is based on the current daily price - check with an assistant on site.
Mobile phones & socIal media
Please turn them off and leave them in your room without any vibration on (flight mode). Feel free to check in on social media when you arrive and/leave. You are welcome to share pictures on nature and buildings, but not on other people unless you ask permission.
